This policy explains what information QuestBook AI ("we", "us") collects when you visit this page, buy through WarriorPlus or use the QuestBook AI app, and what we do with it. QuestBook AI is operated by Thien Nhan, based in Vietnam.
What we collect
- Purchase details. Payments are handled by WarriorPlus and its payment processors. We never see or store your card details. WarriorPlus may share your name, email address and order details with us so we can deliver your purchase and support you.
- Account details. When you create a QuestBook AI account we store your name, your email address and your password. Passwords are stored as a one-way hash, never as plain text.
- Your work. The books, pages, edits and settings you create in the app are stored so you can come back to them and download them.
- Messages. If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.
Cookies
The app uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics in the app. This sales page loads fonts from Google Fonts and a scrolling script from jsDelivr; those services may receive your IP address as part of delivering the files.
How we use your information
- To deliver what you bought and give you access to your account
- To answer support and refund requests
- To send important messages about your purchase, such as access or update notices
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with services that help us run QuestBook AI (for example WarriorPlus, payment processors, hosting and email providers), and only as needed for them to do that work, or when the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your account and books while your account is active. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing hello@honestaistack.com. Some purchase records may be kept where the law or WarriorPlus requires it.
Children
QuestBook AI is a tool for adults who make books for children. Accounts are for adults only, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
