Terms of Service

These terms apply to your purchase and use of QuestBook AI ("the product"), sold by Thien Nhan ("we", "us") through the WarriorPlus marketplace. By buying or using the product you agree to them.
1. What you get
Your purchase includes the items listed on the sales page for the offer you bought: access to the QuestBook AI app with the three holiday adventure stories and its features, and the software files described there. Upgrades and add-ons sold separately are not included unless you buy them.
2. Your account
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share download links or account access with people who have not bought the product.
3. Your rights
Commercial, PLR and reseller rights are included with your purchase. For the items you receive, you may:
- Use, edit, publish and sell the books, PDFs, printables and pages you make, under your own brand or pen name
- Make books for clients and charge for that work
- Edit, rebrand, distribute and resell the QuestBook AI software files you receive
- Pass these same rights on to your own customers
There is no cap on how many books you make or how many copies you sell. These rights are non-exclusive: other buyers receive the same rights. They do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property, give access to our admin systems or servers, or include other buyers' data. They cover only what you actually bought; they do not unlock upgrades you have not purchased.
Some included files (for example fonts and open-source libraries) come with their own licenses. Keep those notices in place when you edit or resell the software.
4. Marketplaces and printing
Amazon KDP, Etsy, printers and other platforms set their own rules. You are responsible for following them and for checking a printed proof before you publish or sell. We do not guarantee that any platform will accept a listing.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the product to break the law, infringe anyone else's rights, or harm, harass or deceive people. Do not try to disrupt, overload or break into the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
7. No earnings promise
We make no promise of income or sales. See our Earnings Disclaimer.
8. Service and changes
We work to keep the online app available and up to date, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features over time.
9. Limitation of liability
The product is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
10. WarriorPlus
WarriorPlus is the marketplace that processes your payment. Its own terms also apply to your purchase. Product support comes from us, not from WarriorPlus.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first so we can try to solve it together. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
12. Changes to these terms
If we update these terms we will change the date at the top of this page.
